Please be informed that our hotel chefs use carefully selected, high-quality, fresh ingredients every day to prepare our meals.
Our kitchen also prepares dishes that may contain shellfish, mollusks, gluten, soy, lactose, milk protein, peanuts, and other nuts.
To assist guests with food intolerances or special dietary needs, allergenic ingredients are clearly marked next to each item on our menu.
If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us in writing at the time of your booking, as we are unable to make adjustments on-site.
For guests with lactose or gluten intolerance, our kitchen can offer a modified — and in some cases limited — meal selection.
Please note that all our dishes are prepared in the same kitchen area, so despite our utmost care, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of allergens.
